Accommodation
The river lodge, on the banks of the Mogol River, boasts a unique bush-veld feel with wooden cabins surrounded by majestic “Nyala” trees and African skies. Guests have plenty of privacy in our cabins, with on-suite bathrooms, a large outdoor lapa, bar, deck and kitchen. Other accommodation options are available and have their own unique charm.

in the Waterberg district of the Limpopo province, South Africa.
Zambesiaca, is the name of the majestic 1000 year old “Nyala” trees
found on this beautiful bushveld farm.
The Eckard family have owned and operated this family
farm since 1948 and 4 generations now live on the farm.
Your Hosts
In capable hands...
Professional Hunter Gideon Joubert, has more than ten years experience in the hunting industry and has hunted in 25 countries including Ghana, Liberia, Benin, North Sudan, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Mozambique, Botswana, Somalia, Prague, Surinam Myanmar, Borneo and of course South Africa.
After years of Hunting all around the world, Gideon and Jan met by chance. Gideon fell in love with the biodiversity of the area and considered it to be the perfect recipe for the all round hunting experience. From this, Gideon pitched a vision to do hunting in a different way. Having ticked off almost every species and experience, he considered the plan he had for this new type of hunt to be the ultimate in his portfolio.
